植物の圧倒的な造形美を閉じ込めて、

窓から風景を眺めるように。
ハコに、ミドリを。ハコミドリ。

and the season has passed.
Glass, flowers and plants
no longer used.

It seemed enough reason
to begin with.

周防 苑子 スオウ ソノコ
1988年 滋賀の生花店に生まれ、幼い頃から植物に囲まれた日々を送る。
学生時代を京都、会社員時代を東京で過ごし、2014年夏 帰郷。
同年11月、ソロプロジェクトとして『ハコミドリ』設立。
家屋解体時の廃ガラスと、生花市や山々で採取した草花を掛けあわせたプロダクトを制作中。
2016年春、滋賀県彦根湖畔にてアトリエ『VOID A PART』を構え、新たな展開も進めている。
Sonoko Suo
Born in Higashi Ohmi, Shiga in 1988.
Graduated Kyoto Seika University Faculty of Humanities Department of Social Media
Born in a family running a flower shop, she lives from an early age surrounded by plants.
She spent her school days in Kyoto, her office days in Tokyo, and returned to Shiga in summer 2014.
She established solo project "Hacomidori" in the fall of the same year.
